The IM=X® Cycle Tower Program is a unique blend of indoor cycling techniques with upper body resistance and stabilization - not found anywhere outside of IM=X® studios! Combining the IM=X® Tower with an indoor cycling bike provides regular participants with cardiovascular endurance, upper body strength and range of motion all in one workout. Not your typical indoor cycling ride, this unique workout keeps participants focused on posture, balance, breathing and core muscle endurance!  The IM=X® Cycle Tower Certification is a one-day training that reviews general cycling principles such as positioning clients on the bike, increasing intensity through cadence or resistance, and monitoring workouts by Rate of Perceived Exertion, as well as how to enhance a ride using 11 sequences using the IM=X® Tower and Ring. The corresponding certification manual offers multiple format ideas which blend IM=X® Tower, Xercizer and Floor Programs for increased variety to keep your clients challenged and engaged.

Certification Requirements:
The IM=X® Pilates Basic Intensive Certification and IM=X® Advanced or IM=X® Super Advanced Certification are prerequisites for the IM=X® Cycle/Tower Certification. An Indoor Cycling certification is recommended but not required. This one-day course can be scheduled in-person or virtually.  Practice hours are recommended upon course completion and a Practical Exam must be successfully completed within three months to be awarded certification.
